A good weekend on Exmoor for the Exmoor youth Challenge.
Always great when a client asks you come back for multiple years.
We supplied Paramedic led cover with a HDU ambulance, 4x4 and Quad bike helping keep 559 participants safe.

We work closely with two highly recommended security companies who have a wealth of experience and knowledge with large scale festivals. We can create a package of Medical and security to keep costs down but provided higher cover then normal with and event which runs smoother and satisfies licensing fully. If you would like a medical and security package please ask, these are highly recommended for larger events.

Valley Fest 2024 in Chew Magna, Bristol.
This year for valley fest SMT provided multiple conveyance vehicles, 4x4 response vehicles & a large medical team with grades from first responder, ECA, Technician, Paramedic, Nurse & Doctor; all within the fully equipped medical centre & on foot responders throughout the festival site.

Our fully kitted 4x4 response vehicles provide amazing cover for the festival in all weather conditions & provide the ability to respond quickly to any incidents through small spaces and crowds; reducing the impact on local services and hospitals with our doctor lead medical centre, treating any medical incidents 24hrs throughout the long weekend.

Here at SMT we can provide large control and treatment unit for events & venues.
we can provide this with one of our well recommend security teams to work side by side with our medical team.
It has its very own advanced control CCTV & security system, including night vision & capability to view for 1 mile with periscope. The vehicle also benefits from 2 med centres, a resus bay in the back with 2 beds & a full med centre capability on the side, fully sealed.

The unit is a blue lit capable vehicle.
The front half is the control area with 3 workstations, each with its own monitor. We have WiFi on board.
There’s recording CCTV on board plus fridge, microwave, kettle etc.
Power is via its own onboard generator.

The rear compartment houses a 2 bay treatment area complete with 2x Lifepac 15s and 2 LSUs, along with carrying O2.
There’s also hot and cold hand washing facilities onboard.
There’s a full size underfloor stretcher lift.
Aircon/heating is fitted to both compartments.
On the offside is a 20’ awning which includes sides and front for covered treatment of minor cases.

Part of our 4x4 response facilities is a pickup & quad, these two work hand in hand very well for events such as, Festival, Movies, Sporting events & any uneven terrain.
They have proven to help keep festivals and events going in the most extreme weather conditions.
The quad has the ability to get through crowds and remote locations, providing a quick response & the 4x4 brings all the facilities of a frontline ambulance, including the ability to winch.
