The last Christmas Chair Yoga class of the year 🥰

It’s always lovely to bring my 2 classes together, make it a bit more festive and have some refreshments & time for a natter at the end.

Thanks to all of you who have made it to classes throughout the year and if you were there today, for taking part with good humour in the 12 Days of Christmas fun flow today! 🤩 🐓🕊️🦢🪿🥚 Not quite mindful yoga but a lift for the spirit nonetheless ❤️

Today it was my Winter Warmer mini retreat and I was blessed to have a lovely group of women come to join me.

I always forget to take pics, but remembered just in the nick of time to catch everyone (well nearly everyone!) before they left.

I’m always amazed at the talent that so many of the people who come to my classes have.

One such talent is leather work by one of my group, who has made this as a surprise Christmas present for someone in his family who loves turtles (so I better not tag him in and give away the secret!). I got his permission to share though as it’s phenomenal quality and just amazing!!

This week started with the beautiful full moon, a time of transition towards Autumn. It also marked for me the transition back into a busy week of teaching after a good break over summer spending plenty of time outdoors with Poppy, & having time with family & friends.

I’m feeling deep gratitude to have so many “regulars” back with me this week and it’s been lovely to see everyone and to catch up and then this morning almost at the end of this busy week we had the beautiful moon shining brightly again but this time in a lovely blue sky! 🌕

Wishing you a lovely weekend ahead and looking forward to seeing everyone again next week.

Tuesday evening yoga 5.40-6.40 & 7.10-8.30
