So it’s not the first day back teaching I thought I’d be having as I had to cancel Chair Yoga due to the conditions, but it did mean I got time with Poppy to play in the snow ❄️🥰 and she loves it!

Fingers crossed we get new year class lift off for tomorrow night’s Yoga 🤞🏻

Today marks the New Moon, the first of 2026, a feeling of freshness (& pretty chilly!) out there and then this Monday (5th), marks the first yoga classes of 2026! 😃

Whether you feel fresh and ready to get going or tired after the festivities, I’m excited to see everyone joining me for yoga this coming week. We will explore the practice gently and mindfully, meeting ourselves where we are.

9.30-10.30am & 11.00-12.00

5.40-6.40 & 7.10-8.30pm

🧘🏻‍♂️Wednesday Evening Online Yoga
7.00-8.15pm

🪑Thursday Morning Chair Yoga
11.00-12.00
Osborne Court, Port Sunlight

The last Christmas Chair Yoga class of the year 🥰

It’s always lovely to bring my 2 classes together, make it a bit more festive and have some refreshments & time for a natter at the end.

Thanks to all of you who have made it to classes throughout the year and if you were there today, for taking part with good humour in the 12 Days of Christmas fun flow today! 🤩 🐓🕊️🦢🪿🥚 Not quite mindful yoga but a lift for the spirit nonetheless ❤️

Today it was my Winter Warmer mini retreat and I was blessed to have a lovely group of women come to join me.

I always forget to take pics, but remembered just in the nick of time to catch everyone (well nearly everyone!) before they left.

I’m always amazed at the talent that so many of the people who come to my classes have.

One such talent is leather work by one of my group, who has made this as a surprise Christmas present for someone in his family who loves turtles (so I better not tag him in and give away the secret!). I got his permission to share though as it’s phenomenal quality and just amazing!!
