I met a wonderful little girl and her mum today at our Mosaic monthly drop in 💛🌈
She popped in to ask about events in the community for children, and it was lovely to share what is out there for families 👧👩‍👧✨

Moments like this remind me why Mosaic exists — a safe, caring space where families can connect, ask questions, and feel supported 🤝💬

Tiny Tearaways Stay and Play 🌈💛

This is what happened on Tuesday 9 December at our fully inclusive stay and play session and it was such a lovely morning for our families. 👶🏽👧🏼👦🏾

We shared
• cosy sleep suits and nappies with anyone who needed them 🧸✨
• magical reindeer food to take home 🦌🎄
• Christmas crafts that the children enjoyed making 🎨🌟
• a warm safe space where everyone could relax and play 🏡❤️

Families were also able to chat with us about referrals to family hubs and other organisations 🤝🏽. Support at the CHART Center was highlighted too, including access to the community fridge 🥕🧃.

We are a fully inclusive community and everyone is welcome 🌍💖. This little glimpse shows just some of what we offer for children and families all year round. ✨.

So today Santa is joining the Willenhall Carnival for the third Santa Run around Edinburgh Avenue and the surrounding streets from roughly 4pm onwards. 🎅✨

He is also making a little detour on his way to spend half an hour at the Bentley Shops on Queen Elizabeth Avenue at 3.30pm. 🎁🌟

Plenty of chances to come along, say hello, and share some festive cheer across our town. ❤️🎄

🎄✨ Yesterday was amazing. We had so much fun playing Bongo Bingo with DJ Joey.

The children laughed the whole way through and our families had a festive time together. ❤️🥳🎶

If a child or young person ever feels worried, upset or unsure while out and about, Walsall Safe Spaces are ready to help 💛
Look for the special window sticker and pop inside for support. Staff can offer a calm place to sit, help you contact a parent or carer, and even provide things like phone chargers or first aid.

Every child deserves to feel safe in our community 🌟
