It's Marathon season! For those of you who are taking part in an upcoming long distance event remember there is so much you can do to aid your recovery post training runs or post events for little cost or even for FREE!
Sleep and rest, good nutrition, active recovery, stretching, compression clothing are all things that will help your recovery. But, if you don't have the time, are unsure about what stretches to do, how to complete active recovery or want the benefit of a post/pre event massage as a treat for all your hard work then make an appointment or get in touch to see how I can help!
