💙 Father’s Day is a time to celebrate dads – their love, strength, and presence in our lives. But for many, today is a painful reminder of distance, loss, or estrangement.

👉 Some fathers won’t see their children today – not by choice, but through parental alienation, broken systems, or conflict.
👉 Many feel unseen, excluded, or devalued in their role as caregivers.
👉 This takes a deep toll on men’s mental health – leading to isolation, depression, and hopelessness.

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in mental health?
Flow Mental Health Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our growing team. We are a progressive, neurodiversity-affirming mental health service working with children, young people, adults, and families across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

✅️General administrative tasks

✅️Booking and confirming appointments

✅️Updating clinical records and systems

✅️Communicating with clients via phone and email

✅️Supporting social media scheduling and content

✅️Assisting with day-to-day business operations

(Optional) Opportunities to support our on-site welfare and safeguarding teams at leading UK festivals🎪🎪🎪

👀 What We’re Looking For 👀

📌Strong communication and organisational skills

📌Confidence using digital tools (e.g. CRM systems, spreadsheets, social media platforms)

📌 Compassionate and professional approach when interacting with clients

📌Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

📌Prior admin experience (preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting)

🎊Bonus: Interest in events or mental health outreach work at festivals like Green Man, Boomtown, Shindig or CarFest.
