Welton Aesthetic Clinic is a unisex private cosmetic clinic devoted to providing professional standards of care, proven effective treatments and a friendly relaxed atmosphere. We operate from other sites including North Ferriby and Willerby. We operate by appointment only to ensure each client a very personal experience. Appointments are available Tuesday to Friday with late nights Wednesday. We offer a full aftercare service and we routinely offer follow-up consultations on certain treatments.

Microneedling should NOT leave you very red or bleeding.

It works by creating tiny controlled injuries to boost collagen.
But there’s a fine line ⚖️

✔ Mild redness (like sunburn) = normal
✔ Light pinpoint bleeding = sometimes normal

❌ Bleeding
❌ Intense redness for days
❌ Swelling or bruising

That means it was too aggressive.

More trauma does not mean better results.
Too much damage can cause:
• Excess inflammation
• Pigmentation
• Barrier damage
• Even scarring

Microneedling should stimulate — not injure.

I’m not here to convince you that you need a new treatment, a new product, or a new insecurity to “fix.”

Too many people in this industry build their platforms by feeding off others’ doubts, selling fear, selling perfection, selling solutions to problems you never had in the first place.

That’s not who I am, and it’s not why I do what I do.

My purpose isn’t to make you feel “less than” so I can appear more successful.

Aesthetic treatments aren’t impulse purchases; they involve medical judgment, proper consultation, and safe technique. If a provider is rushing you or dangling a bargain to get you through the door, that’s a red flag. Your face isn’t a gamble — and no reputable practitioner treats it like one.
