Welton Aesthetic Clinic is a unisex private cosmetic clinic devoted to providing professional standards of care, proven effective treatments and a friendly relaxed atmosphere. We operate from other sites including North Ferriby and Willerby. We operate by appointment only to ensure each client a very personal experience. Appointments are available Tuesday to Friday with late nights Wednesday. We offer a full aftercare service and we routinely offer follow-up consultations on certain treatments.

I adore this post by regarding egos and medical practitioners as it’s very relevant at the moment especially on social media. In my opinion ego in medical aesthetics isn’t just a personality flaw — it can be a serious threat to patient safety, team dynamics, and the ethical integrity of care. When healthcare providers let ego override humility, collaboration, or learning, everyone suffers, especially the patient.
I don’t want to confuse ego and confidence. While confidence is essential in medical practice, an overinflated ego can lead to harmful consequences. I see confidence as a quiet belief in your ability or worth and ego as a loud need to prove your worth or superiority.
