🔥 lost 1.5 litres of visceral fat

What is a wellness coach?

As Welness coaches, we offer Wellness Evaluations (currently gifted free of charge) and body scans. We support our clients' journey with daily meal plans, and we offer encouragement and accountability to reach their goals.

Our evaluation looks into your current lifestyle, and informally, we discuss your current habits and where you would like to be. The body scan will show us what’s going on inside your body in terms of Hydration Levels, Body Fat %, Muscle mass plus much more, including Viceral Fat which as you may know is the fat that clings to your key organs.

It’s really interesting and quite insightful into what is going on inside your body.

Crohns and Ulcerative colitis is something I have lived with for 3 years. It is disease that has affected me both physically and mentally.

As it is an unseen condition it can be difficult to convey its severity,each case is different but personally I have suffered with quite a severe case which up until now I have had no control over.

I had reached a stage where it was effecting my personal and professional life and I began to recognise that I needed to find a solution to reduce my “flare” ups and regain my control.

Thankfully I have been successful in doing this; I learnt my food triggers that caused my “flare ups” . I began to talk more openly about my condition to my peers so as to educate others in how they can support me; which was a relief to my mental health to be so open.

Whilst I will never cure my ulcerative colitis I have regained some aspects of control. My aim now is to continuing education others on this hidden disabilty.

LETS CELEBRATE!! A massive well done to my fiancé Holly Schofield who has just had a first 10 visit review at Willerby Nutrition Club and she has smashed it!!

She has lost an impressive 11.6lbs, dropped 1 litre of visceral fat and lost 34cms from her mid section. (Video with more details to follow).

“I am so proud of what I’ve lost so far, I feel great I have so much more energy which is great when looking after my little boy. I am 6months Postpartum and I am already back to my pre-pregnancy weight and back in my old clothes. I can’t recommend the plan more it really does work and it is great for people who have busy lifestyles.” - Holly
