🔥 lost 1% body fat

🔥 increased her water by 1%

🔥 lost 1.5 litres of visceral fat

🔥 lost 56cm from around her whole body

🔥 lost 36cm from just her midsection

We are thrilled to announce we will be joining Machaela Needham on her new venture by supporting her as Coaches at “Needham Wellness Club” which will be opening soon.
