I had my council Health & Safety visit today.
He told me I’m in the top 5% minimum in East Riding in my clinic for standards, the room, the paperwork, how I run things.

Some people need slower, deeper work.
Others respond better to lighter, gradual pressure.
And it can even change from one session to the next.

That’s why I don’t do “one pressure fits all” massages.
Each treatment is adapted to how you feel that day, what your muscles need, how your body responds, and what helps you switch off properly.

It’s about getting the right balance, strong enough to make a difference, calm enough that you actually relax.

🌆Whilst I was away watching the runners in Chicago, it really reminded me how much people put themselves through not just in training, but in day to day life.
