Ladies, while it can often feel like your body and emotions are out of control when you're going through perimenopause or menopause, it doesn’t have to be that way!

By making simple diet and lifestyle changes, and by using specific simple tools to regulate your nervous system and balance your hormones, you have the power to transform your health, vitality and outlook on life through this major transition.

The first critical step is understanding exactly what’s causing your symptoms (it’s often not just our lady hormones that are the problem).

The second is identifying what YOUR body needs to bring everything back into balance and function at its’ best - it’s not the same for everyone.

And the third is to befriend your body and your nervous system and discover just how much control and personal power you actually DO have as you move into the next chapter of life.

BLOOM MINDFULNESS

My goodness... we were sooooo lucky with the weather on Friday evening for our Bloom circle that we held in the gorgeous Carrs park in Wilmslow; a sublimely warm, dry window in between all the recent storms! ☀️

It was magical to be in nature to practice all kinds of mindfulness practices because nature really helps us to become still, centred in the present moment and aware of our inner being as well as the environment and the healing intelligence of Mother Nature.

The main focus of this session was awareness – of our mental commentary, our energy, emotions and feelings, our self-judgements, projections and criticisms, our beliefs, strengths and inner support, the sensations in our bodies and how it felt to connect with Source Energy/God/Infinite Self/Universe and have it flow through us and bring us insights and truths.

When we still our minds enough and drop into the wholeness of our being – body, mind and spirit – we connect to the greater field of consciousness – our source and true self – to remember who we really are as souls having this human experience, and to our connection with Mother Earth that supports us through this journey.

Mindfulness takes us out of our mental stories, the limiting things that we tell ourselves are true about us and that tend to cause us to suffer in some big or small way.

Doing mindfulness meditations and practices brings a much greater feeling of inner peace and tranquility. This is impactful when you do it on your own, but especially powerful when you do it in a group, because meditating together causes our brainwaves to synchronise, and that creates a ripple effect that benefits not just the individual, but also the surrounding environment and transmits out into the collective consciousness.

So it was a powerful session!

I loved it, and I'm planning to offer more meditation and mindfulness group sessions online soon, so if you're interested, let me know and I'll make sure to keep you posted.

There's no Bloom in-person gathering in August, and I'm anticipating a few changes to how Bloom is going to run moving forwards. I'm going to sit with it over the summer and see what wants to come. But I'll keep you posted and let you know what we'll be doing once I have a clearer idea.

In the meantime, have a wonderful summer and thanks for being a part of Bloom during this last twelve months – I can't believe it's already been a year!

It was so good to hold another Bloom circle on Friday evening after having missed a couple of months for one reason or another, and what a wonderful session it was!

We got the paints out to do some 'Flow Painting' to connect more deeply with intuition.

Being in the present moment, intentional, fully embodied and free of thoughts, connects you directly with Source energy, which then flows through you, allowing expression of pushed down emotions and bringing healing and illumination.

It always amazes me how powerful this practice is for accessing the unconscious and our inner guidance , plus it's a lot of fun!

DEFINE YOUR NEEDS AND PREPARE TO RECEIVE

Ladies, if you can get away for a couple of hours of me-time on the first Friday evening of the month, come and join us at Bloom, a friendly, open-hearted, supportive women's circle in Wilmslow.

As women, we put others’ needs ahead of our own so much - family, partner, business, and so on, but we’re often not great at knowing what we need for ourselves.

And once we know what will make us feel more peaceful, relaxed and happy (or whatever YOU desire), before we can receive it there’s usually some preparation we need to do to make space for receiving it.

So this month we’ll be diving into…

🌺 What it is we do and don’t want.
🌺 How our life and emotional well-being might be different once we’ve been able to let go of some things or made a commitment to keep something out – ie the benefits of letting go.
🌺 Where we need to firm up our boundaries to protect what’s important to us.
🌺 And where we can start taking action to make those changes toward what we want.

I’ll take you through a decluttering energy process that will help you become more aware of the impact of holding onto the physical and energetic clutter, and so you can see and feel what needs your attention first, which will leave you with a clear action plan that won’t overwhelm you.

Hi there,

As the numbers for this week's circle are low I've decided to cancel it for this month.

I considered running it at my house for a smaller, cosier group, which worked very well at Christmas. But the truth is, I've been struggling this year with a prolongued feeling of burnout, and I need to put my self-care first.

This is quite uncharacteristic for me and feels very uncomfortable to do – I usually just keep going because I've committed to showing up and giving, and I hate letting people down. But I've not got the energy to keep doing that at the moment, and I put quite a lot of preparation into these evenings and topics. I hope you understand.

So, apologies to those of you who have booked. I'm happy to refund you or you can carry it forward to next month's circle where I'll do the same topic – defining your needs and decluttering what's in the way of having those needs met.

Let me know what you'd like to do.

Defining what to hold onto and what to let go of for greater peace, joy and well-being.

Defining what we need and want, and what to keep out is an important first step in creating change. After that comes the more challenging part of actually doing the work, but we can’t move towards a different life until we start to define how things need to be different.

So this month we’ll be diving into…

Learn to create healthy energetic boundaries so you don’t need to build walls around yourself in your relationships.

🌺 Are you an empathic or sensitive person who is easily impacted by the words, actions and energy of others?

🌺 Do you often find it challenging to set personal boundaries in your relationships, or feel guilty if you do?

🌺 Do you sometimes get easily knocked off your personal centre and are unsure why?

🌺 Are you a magnet for energy vampires who appear to feel great after spending time with you, but who leave you drained?

For the sensitive souls of this world, it can be challenging to find and stay in our own power.
