8 months alcohol-free and the impact has been far greater than I expected.
What started as a personal choice has evolved into something genuinely transformative.
Here’s what I’ve noticed:
💎 Exercise delivers quicker, more visible results
💎 Staying in control of my nutrition feels easier and more natural
💎 On nights out, I feel more present and connected with people
I hadn’t fully appreciated how much “just drinking occasionally” was influencing my health, wellbeing, and even my relationships… until I stopped.
There’s also a growing awareness around alcohol’s effect on energy, sleep quality, and even the ageing process.
Now, it’s simply not something I need to think about.
As a hypnotherapist, I often work with people who want to reduce their alcohol intake.
