Yoga, Meditation & Traditional Indian Lunch 🇮🇳✨

Earlier this year I found myself stranded in Goa… and instead of stress, I found calm.

Each day flowed with yoga, quiet moments of meditation, and the most incredible food especially the traditional thali, a beautiful selection of dishes, each one full of flavour, balance, and care. It wasn’t just food, it was an experience. Grounding. Nourishing. Deeply peaceful.

I’ve been wanting to share that feeling ever since.

So I’m creating a space for you to experience a little piece of it with me 🌊🧘‍♀️💙

We’ll begin with yoga and meditation to slow down, reconnect, and breathe
Then we’ll gather for a traditional Indian lunch at Potyo a Goan restaurant that truly captures the warmth, authenticity, and passion I felt in Goa.

After almost 10 months of not drinking, I walked past and heard, “I haven’t seen you for a while!”

So here I am enjoying a Zugo Spritz (Hugo Spritz zero, which I never knew they served!) in the sunshine ☀️

And it really hit me how different life feels now.

For me, choosing not to drink has meant:
• Feeling lighter (1 stone down)
• A clearer, calmer mind
• More genuine, meaningful connections

… an ability to support my clients from a place of success!

Life feels happier, steadier, and a lot more aligned.

And I know this isn’t everyone’s goal.

But if you’ve ever questioned your relationship with alcohol - even just a little - you’re not alone.

This morning, I accessed the mermaid pose in my yoga class at Yoga on the Edge 🧘‍♀️🤍

Once you learn something, you can return to it, again and again, each time with more ease.

And it reminded me of my therapy clients.
