Our Story

Our friendly and highly experienced team provides a professional service with the necessary skills and experience in sports injuries and musculoskeletal pain, massage, rehabilitation, fitness training and Psychotherapy.

Our primary aim is to relieve pain and return people to their optimum levels of functional, occupational or sports specific fitness - regardless of age and ability - in the fastest possible recovery time. This will mean different things to each of us โ€“ be it preparing for a marathon or triathlon, training hard in the gym or simply being able to sit pain free at work. So whether you are injured through sport or work related activities we will use research-driven safe and effective personalised treatment methods to meet the needs of every client.

We will complete a full injury assessment; including a postural assessment and gait analysis if needed prior to diagnosing your injury. We will explain everything in simple terms and educate you, not only on the injury or condition you have but how it has occurred. We will then discuss injury management, how we can decrease pain, increase range of movement and make your day to day life easier. A discussion will be held with you of all the possible treatments available, how they can benefit your recovery from injury or condition followed by a personalised treatment plan.

Rehabilitation is a key aspect to improving any injury or condition. This can be carried out both at home and during your session. You will receive a tailored rehabilitation programme to suit your every need to get you on the road to recovery.
