Nice work from my client 🙌🏻 kristina has been dieting and training hard for just under 16 weeks now. She went on holidays, weekends away and still managed to pull in these results. Absolutely smashed it fair play to you💪🏻her bodyweight/waist measurements is the same as when she first signed up with me but as for her body composition that has completely changed.
