🌱 You wouldn't expect yourself to know how to fix a broken arm and this is no different.

👩🏻‍🎓 I've been working with young people for 17 years now...I started off as a Teacher but my heart has always been in supporting young people with their mental health.

💚 As well as being a qualified CBT Therapist, I'm also a Mum of two.

✅ Throughout the past 17 years I have gained knowledge and strategies that now help me to successfully support young people with a variety of mental health problems.

💕 Over the years I have learnt that EVERY child is different so I tailor each session to the individual and their needs. Some children prefer to speak on the phone initially, others like to bring some mindfulness colouring because maintaining eye contact is too difficult. I am 100% flexible to the needs of my lovely young clients because unless they feel at ease, they won't grow.
