Finishing the day off with a bit of online PT 💻💪🏻. Did you know that I still did this? The sessions are 30 mins long, working on full body toning. As my online clients know, a lot can be achieved in a short space of time!

Online training is perfect if you:

•are time precious and need to be time productive!
•do not want to join a gym
•are lacking in motivation
•have limited equipment
•need private instruction and advice without leaving home
•need flexibility in where and when to work out
•travel a lot and need to achieve more consistency with workouts

TEN YEARS today since it all began! 🥳🍾🎂 It’s been a very rewarding time and I’ve genuinely loved building this business❤️

Big thanks as ever to the local community; I’m grateful to be well supported by local people and businesses in both Wilmslow and Knutsford. Word of mouth and fantastic google / Facebook reviews have kept me very busy🙏🏼

I’m also very lucky to have met so many wonderful people. Some of my clients have been with me since 2014 and I’ve made friends for life. All the encouragement, advice and hilarious banter is invaluable! Particularly during challenging times. Special shout out to my Friday boxing girls…we have such a giggle in class and I think we’ll have to carry on forever! Plus anyone who supported me during the pandemic, joining me online for classes or PT, being patient while I got to grips with Zoom🫣 and reassuring me during a difficult time🙏🏼.

Finally thank you Ummy (please check out in Wilmslow) for baking me this delicious cake. Clients in today may get to taste it (unless of course my family have beaten you to it!)🎂
