It’s the winter solstice today in the UK I’m already looking forward to lighter days ahead! It’s also a reminder that nature is in constant change around us, we just need to look up ☀️🌓☀️

As the last week of classes before Christmas, we have been practising restorative poses like these.
Whilst they may look fairly simple from the outside, the effect on the body can be deep. As the head rests, the mind can be quiet, and feelings of inner peace can be experienced. 🤍🙏🏼

Hello September 🌾💚

My favourite month - the start of a school year, new stationary, end of summer sun, seeing the season change to autumn, lighting candles and having a September birthday 🎂😊
