The Easter Bunny has been & gone, the studio has had a spring clean and we’re ready for the start of the new term! 🐰🐣🐰

Spring is a great time to start a yoga class! 💚💫

💪🏼YOGA is beneficial for improving strength, toning muscles and developing flexibility. It works on every part of the body.

🧘🏽‍♀️MENTALLY, yoga increases concentration, stills the mind and promotes feelings of balance and contentment.

🤍YOGA can be practised at any age, and is suitable for all levels of fitness. You don’t need to be flexible to start!

🤸🏻‍♂️IYENGAR YOGA is a method taught all over the world, and is known for it’s precision to detail, and correct alignment of the body.
