This underused therapy is so good, that you can find therapy magnets hanging around in various places in our teachers homes and clinics. You can place them on needles to increase their power, you can treat needle phobic people, you can give them to people for homework, use them in places that you aren't licenced for skin piercing, in fast the list is endless.

This course is available as a 1/2 day Tendon Acupuncture course, or as a full day Accelerated Tendon Healing course, the difference being that the half day course deals with acupuncture and very basic cosmeceutical use only, whereas the full day includes more theory, massage, Gua Sha and cupping for tendons, Tendon Release protocol, and more on Cosmeceutical use.

We've had many emails and phone calls looking for "Gua Sha training". When questioned, they usually mean Facial Gua Sha, such as is used by celebrities and movie stars, but also skin experts such as people who write for Vogue's beauty sections.
When we explain that our course not only shows you facial Gua Sha skills, but you can also learn Facial Cupping which is used alongside Facial Gua Sha, how to do Indonesian Face lift massage, and then we tell them that you can also be qualified in using cosmeceutical products alongside your treatments to compliment them and increase the effectiveness, they are delighted.

These two courses run together on on day.

A few years back, we introduced our "Early Bird" and "Last Minute" discounts.
Both worked great, and people appreciated being able to save money on courses, however the last minute discount was abolished because it encouraged late booking and meant that we ended up cancelling courses that would have run if people had actually booked, rather than waited.
The Early Bird discount however, evolved. Rather than advertise which courses were discounted, we decided, to encourage early booking, we would discount most of them.

So if you are booking a course, check the prices of each date, some of them are cheaper than others 😉

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese healing practice that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to stimulate microcirculation and promote healing.
This eases muscle tension, improves blood flow, and boosts the immune system.
We teach how to use traditional tools made from jade, horn and ceramics and why the right tool is important. The treatment is done on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs and other areas.
