The recent liquidation of NRS Healthcare was, and continues to be, a difficult moment for the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and Community Equipment Services (CES) sector, with more than 1,500 staff directly affected and many more people relying on critical services.

In the weeks that followed, the TEC and Community Equipment Services sector came together with purpose, professionalism and compassion to support service continuity and safeguard those who depend on it.

TSA and the British Healthcare Trades Association focused on helping our members navigate the uncertainty, understand their options, and remain connected to evolving developments. We would like to thank the sector for its coordinated response - including local authorities, commissioners, suppliers, and representative bodies, whose collective actions helped provide stability during a challenging time.

🎉 We are delighted to celebrate TSA’s Henry Lockett, our Membership and Workforce Engagement Officer who last week joined the Housing LIN’s Future Leaders Programme.

This inspiring initiative brings together emerging leaders from across the housing and care sector to share ideas, tackle challenges, and explore opportunities for shaping the future.

Reflecting on the day, Henry shared: "It was fantastic to attend the first Future Leaders Programme session hosted by Housing LIN last week and have the opportunity to connect with so many inspiring people from across the sector who share my passion for driving it forward. I’m really looking forward to building on those conversations at our next meeting and continuing to explore ideas, challenges, and opportunities that can shape the future of our sector."
