This hits different, cos so many people are seeking validation whether they realise it or not...

My word's: A free spirit does not need validation, they can not be controlled, manipulated or lied to, they talk with truth, good intentions and have no inclination to be a part of any group. Some would love to but have no time for silly games.

Becareful how you assume control...and always check who's wanting to do the controlling, they normally are the problem...restricting what others can or can not do.

Do not give validation to those trying to suppress you.

Do give validation to those trying to be better than yesterday and those helping others.

Cheers to all the people who know who's on the list.

Shame on all those that follow the rules and lies of the people who are on the list.

It's one big club and you are not in it but you keep fighting those that are trying to expose it.

Examples of insanity are in abundance, let's not even touch on cognitive dissonance.

Great session by Jacob, doing what is needed.

Sadly, my van has broken down again and we can probably thank lockdown ( the only time i will ) for making us better.

I threw in my mess up just just for good humour and keeping it real.

Notice the differences in technique? Understand the outcomes and benifits of the variation?

Everything will be a ' conspiracy ' for those that support a fictional society.

Many to scared, to step out side of a system so corrupt, a system that they depend on so badly, to win a fictional game that they made up themselves for themselves ( not even there ' competitor's knew about)

And in most cases, people where'nt scared, they just hated those that expose the truth and there own weakness and cowardness.

When the lines blur between fictional assumptions ( legal not LAW) and truth the cowards will create a degenerative society dragging us all down the hole of hell.

What to make a difference in society?

1) Stop playing a game only you know about.

2) Stop hiding behind others.

3) Finish the job you started eg if you start an argument accept it as a Sovereign person, not someone owned by a corporation. Very easy when you have fraudulent system to back you, thats a fake win, which also makes you complicit in consenting to fraud.

Real people are individual's not many can honestly claim that.

Weekend Jobs.

Both of us learning some new skills.

We where quoted 5k by a builder to redo our patio... Well we clearly did not go down that path.

Gutted to have missed my Track session but I guess we can't have it all our own way.
