In just one week , I cut out all conventional foods and made use of my office full of 121 products by Cambridge Weight Plan
I have drank a lot of water. I feel so much better for it. It's not a quick fix. This is a good change. I'll continue this routine for 3 more weeks and then step up. Currently, im on step 1A, I'm having 3 of my products each day and 3/4 litres of water/coffee. After the 3 weeks, I'll bring back some healthy meals. I'm already planning those now !!!! 🌮🍓🥗
I have lost 14 lbs. 1 full stone & will continue to hopefully lose more. Another 2 stone to go!!!! 💪

Well, im back on plan, week 1, after 4 months ago ! I have been 100% on step 1A, 3 products per day, plus at least 3 litres of water each day ! Yes, it is hard, I get bored easily. Im watching my family eat food, I could be preparing healthy meals, but I know I need a good kick up the bum, a 4 week head start, then back to those healthy meals. I'm using this as a restart. It is something I said I would do last year, and i didn't, so now I am. I am super pleased with that result. It's been a long week, but here's to week 2. Of course, I won't get a loss anywhere like that, but I need to continue on !

You need to exert effort in order to achieve the results you want. You can't just wait around for things to happen. Once you get things done, you'll realise you are getting closer to your goals. Pretty soon, you will see your dreams coming true. You’re capable of anything!

I'm reading so many different and worrying things about these weight loss injections. All they really do is suppress your appetite. God knows what actual side effects come with them. They do not teach you new good habits, they won't change underlying issues. There is no magic pill, no quick fix and they also cost so much money. Yes I am a diet consultant but I'm here to support my clients all the time, as much as they need it. I'm here for advice, I supply good & tested healthy meal replacements.
