**** Tuesday 29 July - update *****
Unfortunately we are still experiencing IT issues. However, we have access to the medical record system via the contingency mode and are seeing patients.

The phone system should be working ok for patients to call.

NHS 111 available for anyone unable to attend and 999 for emergencies.

Thank you for your continued patience.

***UPDATE****
Thank you for your understanding and patience today. We have managed to see some patients and deal with emergency on the day appointments.

We had very limited access to medical records and appointments via a 'contingency mode' until 2pm today. Unfortunately, that has also stopped working. We have closed for the remainder of the day for safety reasons.

We have secured additional appointment capacity for tomorrow via GP locums and we have cancelled our planned training afternoon on Wednesday to release more appointments. Please can we ask that anything non-urgent is delayed until Wednesday as we expect Tuesday to be very busy.

We very much hope we are working as normal tomorrow.

Please continue to contact NHS 111 for assistance or 999 in an emergency.

***SNOW / ICE***
Due to the current and forecasted weather conditions the access roads to the surgery have become quite icy and are due to get worse. Please consider walking to the surgery if possible.

We have gritted and cleared paths as best we can at the surgery.

We have escalated to the council and are using our channels via the NHS to receive emergency gritting, at this stage we have no reply or confirmation this will happen.

We are still open for all services, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need support.
