🌿✨ What is reiki healing? ✨🌿

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, holistic energy healing practice that promotes balance, relaxation, and natural healing. Originating from Japan, the word Rei means ‘universal,’ and Ki means ‘life energy.’

💫 How it works:

A Reiki practitioner channels healing energy through their hands to the client’s body, either by light touch or hovering just above the body. This energy helps to:
