Governance - Only One Week Left to Apply: Join an RDA UK Advisory Board

Applications for RDA UK’s new Advisory Boards close in just one week!

This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise, provide strategic input, and help shape the future of our work. We’re looking for individuals from a range of backgrounds who are passionate about making a meaningful impact through inclusive, equine-based activities.

Our new Advisory Boards will focus on three key areas:

Member Group Quality and Standards – Supporting RDA UK in maintaining strong quality controls and high standards across all Member Groups.

Activity – Advising on the full range of RDA activities, including riding, carriage driving, equine-assisted services, and competitions.

Equine Welfare – Ensuring our horses receive the highest standards of care and are treated with compassion and respect.

If you're ready to play a vital role in helping RDA UK continue to deliver life-enhancing experiences through horses, we encourage you to apply.

Make a lasting impact and volunteer for the RDA.

Do you know someone who would make a great volunteer. No prior experience with horses is necessary! Volunteering with RDA is rewarding, with opportunities to help you grow too. We welcome volunteers with a wide range of skills – not just horse-related.

Volunteering may involve helping with our riders and horses by leading or side walking, grooming, tacking up, feeding, rugging up and turning out. Other activities might include fundraising, event coordination or gardening.

We offer comprehensive training and work with volunteers to find the activities they are comfortable with. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are flexible, team players and willing to learn new skills.
