Lesson 1: SPF is non-negotiable ! 🌞

If there’s one skincare step I never skip, it’s sunscreen. Living in London, it’s easy to think clouds = protection, but UV rays sneak through all year long. They’re the biggest culprit behind fine lines, pigmentation, and premature ageing.
The drizzle doesn’t fool me anymore – SPF goes on every morning, like brushing my teeth. Future me (and my skin) are grateful 💛

Every face tells a story, and the most natural results come from looking at the whole picture—not just one feature.

This lovely patient first came to see me in January 2024 with a goal to improve her mouth area. Over time, we worked together on a treatment journey that supported her lower face (lips, marionette lines, chin, pre-jowl area) while also strengthening the mid-face (cheeks and nasolabial folds).

By addressing balance and harmony rather than focusing on a single concern, her features now feel softer, more supported, and refreshed—yet completely natural.

✨ This lovely patient began her skin journey with us in January 2025. So far, she’s had 1 microneedling treatment combined with 6 sessions of polynucleotides, spaced 4 weeks apart.
We treated her intradermally using the bleb placement technique with a needle to target skin quality at a deeper level. Alongside in-clinic treatments, we’re continuing to support her texture and pigmentation with a tailored combination of topical creams.
Healthy skin is all about consistency and the right plan for each individual. 💫
