Each Step has been tailored to help you reach your goals. You will work with your Consultant to adapt the Plan so it fits in with your life.

There are 6 Steps, but they're not linear, so you can dance through them, or step past them!

Your Consultant will set individual goals and make it personalised to suit you, whilst remaining nutritionally complete to keep you balanced.

Step 1
This Step will help you lose weight quickly and effectively. If you choose this Step, you replace all your everyday food with our nutritionally complete meal replacement products - there's a huge range to choose from. There's no meal planning or visits to the supermarket needed - just pick three (Step 1A) or four products (Step 1B) per day with the help of your Consultant and off you go!

Step 2
Enjoy three products a day as well as a healthy meal of your choice. You can plan this meal yourself or with the help of your Consultant. You could also choose from our range of yummy Step Up Mealsยฎ.

Step 3
There's even more flexibility here - choose two products as well as a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner! For some recipe inspiration, check out our blog or speak to your Consultant who might have plenty of ideas up their sleeve!

Step 4
If you're active (with a busy life, hectic job or you're a gym bunny) then a few more calories might be just what you need. Here you'll continue to have a couple of products, your lunch and dinner, plus an additional snack - yippee! We've got a tasty snack range you can try. Your Consultant will continue to support you, to help you keep on track.

Step 5
This Step is super important - it'll teach you portion control and how to make the right food choices to help maintain your weight. You'll continue to cook your food in a healthy way whilst still having one of our delicious products throughout the day.

Step 6
This Step is all about maintenance. Your Consultant will still be there with you, even with your new healthy and active lifestyle. You may need a pep talk every now and again, and a reminder of how far you've come and how brilliant you are! It's always a good idea to keep a product on you, a bar in your bag or a pack of bites in your drawer so you always have something to hand. Yay to the new you!

This is a constant reminder I never want to go back there. Same style of jeans 4 sizes bigger and bulging out of them before. I was so miserable but ignored it for so long.๐Ÿ˜ช

Now I feel so much happier and healthier and I really do love myself and my reflection now ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—

Looking back why did I allow all of those years to take over my life with food? It was madness.

The beginning of a new month is a time of reflection for most; New Month goals are made, and for the majority, these goals arenโ€™t always followed through.

Perfect for those who miss crisps/chips...

I love to make kale crisps for the whole family. I season them with 1:1 Diet Golden Vegetable and then bake in the oven for approx 15 mins at around 160c.

Once you scatter the kale over the baking paper, add a sprinkling of Golden Veg, and then watch them carefully in the oven as they can burn easily. Theyโ€™re so yummy, and this is from someone who previously never liked kale.

-80 gram Kale
-baking paper
-Olive Oil spray (optional)
-Golden Veg (used in place of salt as a delicious seasoning)

It still blows my mind that this is what only 20 cals/80 grams of Kale looks like, as you get so much for your 20 cals!

All the foods in Step 2, that are traffic light coded green, are high in nutrients and low in calories. These foods are your weight loss friends!

The Benefits Versus Consequence Calculation.

As I pondered the menu in Pizza Express yesterday afternoon. I got thinking about the calculation I always do in my head when I eat there. You see, Iโ€™m yet to muster the strength of character to order a salad here. I canโ€™t even have one on those half pizza half salad things. You know, the ones with a hole in the middle of the pizza filled with salad. No, no, I always go full romana (the really big ones) and I eat all of it. As a consequence of this, Iโ€™ll probably never be a size 8, but do you know? Iโ€™m completely okay with thatโ€ฆI love that pizza. The advice I give all my clients on the one to one diet is to do this calculation honestly in their head. Whatever you do, is the benefit or joy it gives you worth the consequences? If it is, go ahead, but be at peace with that decision.
