Easy & nutritious meal

Another example of a simple & nutritious meal yesterday: baked filet of salmon with medley of vegs (courgettes, peppers, tomatoes), served with a salad of rocket topped with seeds. Olive oil & balsamic dressing.

One apple for dessert 🍏

Simply delicious with healthy protein, healthy fats & fibre.

Joy is what truly matters. Let’s cultivate it through the activities we choose to do, the friends we spend time with, the food we eat, the places we go to & the time we spend being in the present moment.

Bring more abundance into our life. And be grateful. Back to joy, a happy loop.

Day off for me today with a fantastic day trip to Monaco with ladies. We started in a cozy cafe with activities about the history of Monaco 🇲🇨 (learned a lot! Thank you Mette !) . Followed by wonderful meditation in the pink diamond room - surrounded by crystals’ energies 🙏 Then, a walk to the Japanese garden of Monaco. Ending with an amazing lunch on Larvotto beach.

Lovely connections, great weather, pause for inner peace, delicious food & gorgeous settings: what else can you ask for?

Good for my mind, good for my body, good for my soul 😊🙏

Easy & nutritious meal – Eating healthily is easy! 😃

Another simple salad yesterday with random ingredients:

-     Chopped: peppers, tomatoes, radishes, good quality white ham, chicory
-     Green salad
-     Boiled eggs
-     Olive oil & apple cider vinegar dressing

Simply delicious & nutritious
Easy, healthy, yummy 🙂

And I had a kiwi as a dessert.

🍏 Healthy breakfast 🍒

Wondering what to get for breakfast instead of plain & non-nutritious white toast with marmalade?

This is an option!

Red fruits (I use frozen red fruits: a mix of blueberries, currants, raspberries, cherries & pomegranates), plain full fat yogurt, 1 chopped apple & chopped nuts & seeds (choose what you fancy! I change the mix from day to day to vary both taste & nutrients input). I also added a scoop of pea protein & ground flaxseeds for oestrogen support (as I am in pre-menopause).

And that’s it! Easy, no? And supper nutritious: healthy fats, healthy protein, & good fibre ✓

🍊 🍋 International Citrus Fair in Menton 🍋 🍊

This weekend I went to the “Salon international de l’agrume” in Menton where I attended some great cooking workshops & conferences given by some top chefs such as , , , , & Mark Flanagan, personal chef to the British king (& the late Queen) & head chef to the Royal Household. A great honour to meet them, so much talent under one roof!

I may be a health & nutrition coach but I am both “gourmande” & “gourmet”, meaning I love my food, & I love it good. I love salads but I eat everything, & as I said many times before, this is, for me, the only way to stay healthy. Eat as diverse & fresh as possible, showcasing delicious ingredients & preparing them with love. Share it with others - as we did this weekend. Speak about it, have fun & be thankful for the happiness it brings.

I also discovered some great citrus varieties that I did not know before, wonderful diversity, beauty & flavours. With some passionate producers, keen to bring excellent quality products to our plates. These were not the average mass-produced & uniform citrus we usually get in our supermarkets!
