Last Christmas I was reminded of how un alone we were in a time when feelings of isolation were real.

And this Christmas we were given the gift of celebration, magical moments and memories and love. Not all that has happened these last 6 weeks has been captured as we focused on being present. But it is fair to say love is all around.

To a new year ahead of proper belly laughs, abundance, love and special / magical moment. May you have the freedom to dream, create and be ❤️

How do I find the words?

The come down has been real and one I really haven’t had to face for soo long. But as I deal with the reality of always feeling spilt between two places, I take so much solace in knowing how epic the experience has been.
•
6+ weeks, endless memories and laughs, so many long long hugs and reminders of the people, moments and things that really matter. What more could I truly ask for?

As we come to the end of October, I wanted to give you a chance to sit with the questions I posed to you this month.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
More often than not now I am in conversations about what others can do for us to support our health and wellbeing. And whilst I am a firm believer in acting in the good of people overall, the one thing I always revert to, is that in everything we do in life we are interacting with a series of relationships, and therefore we have an accountability to equally show up.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And showing up means understanding you and your needs, whilst having the confidence to stand for it so that people have the ability to better understand you, how they can support you and how they can help keep you honest with how you show up for you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The challenge than often becomes sitting with ourselves to paint that picture of our needs. It’s hard and scarey and not often full of immediate responses.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And so here is my way of helping to remind you to create some space to begin that thinking if you haven’t already as this October begins to close out.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
