🧧 CNY celebrations were a huge part of my life living in Singapore for 8 years, today I’m really missing it so flowing through various Cobra poses in my own quiet honouring of tradition.

🐍 The year of the snake represents transformation, a time to shed those old habits, patterns or people that are keeping us stuck

🧘🏼 Cobra pose (Bhujangasana) is one I practice daily as it strengthens back muscles, improves spinal flexibility & posture, stimulates abdominal organs, & helps alleviate stress and fatigue.

✨Another NY so another chance to celebrate stepping forward into a New Year with new intentions and renewed optimism

🧘🏼 Fridays at 8am "Flex & Flow" A slightly faster paced class with more traditional Hatha vinyasa elements but executed in the same mindful and considerate way.

💪 Fridays at 9.30am "Functional Fitness - Finding Flexibility" the same measured & timed approach based on the principles of "The Science of Stretching" to build strength & balance whilst increasing flexibility & mobility.

📍 Back to back classes are held at West Wimbledon society Hall - why not try the double one after the other to really Feel Flexy & Fantastic!

🏃‍♂️ If you'd like a 1:1 to expedite results & increase confidence there are now more time slots available with Sue also now bookable direct on the website.

If you've been wanting to try an early morning energising positive yoga class but have been a bit hesitant or not found the right time or place this message is for you.
This class has similarities to yoga but is much more focused on moving better in your own body to build strength & flexibility important for everyday activities and not so much pretzel poses or handstands!

Open to ALL we adapt based on the participants and its a small group welcoming environment, its beginner friendly but we can level up your practice and meet you whee you're at.
