Our beautiful therapy dog Lola paid us another lovely visit today, bringing so much happiness, love, and calm to our residents 🐶💛 At 13 years old, this gentle Golden Retriever continues to melt hearts with her sweet nature and loving personality.

The residents absolutely adore stroking Lola, giving her tasty biscuits, and chatting to her as she gently lies down in the middle of the lounge – right where everyone can see and enjoy her company. There’s something truly special about the way Lola connects with each person, offering quiet comfort and joy with just her presence. 💕

Lola loves attention and is happiest when surrounded by caring hands and warm smiles. Thank you, Lola, for being such a treasured part of our home. Your visits always leave our hearts a little fuller. 🐾✨

What a truly heartwarming morning we had with a lovely visit from the wonderful children of Monkey Puzzle! 🌼💛 Their bright smiles and infectious laughter lit up our garden as they played and spent time with our residents. We were also joined by our beloved therapy dog, Lola 🐾, who brought even more joy as she played gently with everyone.

The children decided it was the perfect day for a little garden party under the parasol – complete with juice, crisps, and chocolate treats, which they kindly shared with our residents. It was a magical scene: little hands passing around goodies, laughter echoing through the garden, and beautiful conversations being shared between young and old.

Thank you so much, Monkey Puzzle, for bringing so much love, happiness, and unforgettable memories to our home today. Your visit was a true reminder of the power of connection across generations. 💕🌿 ❤️

Today, we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating a very special day—Helen’s birthday! 🎉 Helen spent the day surrounded by love, laughter, and joy with her wonderful family and our caring staff. The morning began with a bit of pampering from our lovely hairdresser Ann, who made sure Helen looked and felt her best for the big day. 💇‍♀️✨

When we asked Helen what color she’d like her cake to be, without hesitation she said, “Purple!” 💜 Our talented chef Albin made her wish come true by baking a beautiful purple cake just for her—and Helen absolutely loved it! 🎂

It was a heartwarming afternoon filled with smiles, sweet moments, and celebration. Happy birthday, Helen! We’re so glad we could make your day as special as you are. 💐🎈.

The rain might’ve poured, but it definitely didn’t put a damper on our day 🌧️✨ We kicked off the morning with warm drinks and cozy vibes, diving into the latest fashion reads and staying on top of what’s happening in the world 🌍👗📰 There’s something special about slowing down, flipping through stories that inspire, and having deep convos while the rain taps on the windows.

But we didn’t stop there — the real fun kicked in when the music started! 🎶💃 From spontaneous dance sessions to singing our hearts out like no one was listening (or maybe like everyone was listening 😄), it turned into one of those carefree, joy-filled days you don’t forget. Rainy days hit different when you’re surrounded by laughter, good company, and moments that just feel right.

The residents enjoyed reminiscing in the garden, and they had their lunch there before it started raining. We played some games, and Roland, Glenys, and Roland were enjoying a glass of wine along with some Wotsits cheese crisps.
