Last week I enjoyed a lovely evening out at the celebrating all of the amazing businesses in Surrey. We had lovely food, lovely company great music and FIT won the award for best fitness!

Blessed beyond words - And being a mummy is the best thing in the world! 🙏

Baby Freya was born 16.11.24 via Emergency C Section. Like many people I have been on my own fertility and birth journey and in good time I will share some thoughts about this with you ❤️

Many of you have been asking for a picture of Freya and this one of us says it all.

I also would like to thank all of those who have seen, heard and stood by me in this journey and helped me to keep the light alive to becoming a mum. To bring such joy into the world and share the light and energy of my daughter is what I can only wish for. Here’s to one of the best chapters of my life and I look forward to sharing it here with you x
