🥇HYROX WINNERS🥇

A HUGE well done to our patients Ceri and Hannah for winning their Hyrox category in Valencia last weekend with a very impressive time of 1hr05 in pro weights! Not only have they qualified for the World Championships in Stockholm, they also beat multiple other age categories!

This is a testament to their hard work and dedication to rehab for ankle and hamstring injuries. We are so proud of you both!

We’re thrilled to welcome Alex Watson, Specialist Occupational Therapist in Hand Therapy, to Mint Wellbeing.

With over 20 years experience and 12 years sub-specialising in treating complex hand and wrist conditions, Alex brings expert and bespoke care to help you rehabilitate following any hand or wrist injury or pain.

Alex also creates custom splints for any hand or wrist related injury and complex trauma.

Conditions treated include:
