Workshops, circles and retreats
Corporate workshops, webinars and employee support I cut through the sensational headlines and overwhelming marketing by listening to my clients situations and needs to offer them practical dietary and lifestyle solutions to boost their energy levels and empower the

m to be the best possible versions of themselves and enable their whole families to thrive. I’ve always loved cooking and eating, but nutrition became an interest of mine in my early 20’s after I discovered the full impact it had on my health and energy as I embarked on a fast-paced city career. Fast forward a decade, and my interest was transformed into a true passion by the responsibility of bringing into this world and raising my two boys. This gave me the opportunity and courage to step away from what I was doing and turn my passion into a new career that could help others to also experience the power of food. Can you spot hidden sugar?

I’m not demonizing sugar, it’s been around for millennia in natural forms and sweet foods like fruits are packed with great nutrients too.

But can you spot sneaky extra sugars in so-called “healthy foods”? The aisles are laden with them…

Halfway through week 2 of the 21-day sugar-free challenge and it’s been an eye opener for sure!

Day 5 of the 21-day Sugar-free Challenge…

So days 3 and 4 were most definitely the most challenging for me and for most in the group but I’m pleased to say that sugar cravings have significantly subsided today and my head is much clearer.

Next challenge? The weekend! BUT I’m really loving how I feel today so that’s keeping me motivated.

Here’s a few sugar-free and low sugar snacks, plus an easy chia pudding recipe that I’m throwing together now for an easy go to (that my kids will also enjoy!)

If you’re following along here, do also fee free to drop in to the WhatsApp group - I’m delighted with the community that’s built so quickly here, so much support and encouragement 😊

Why am I going sugar-free? Because I over-indulged over Easter, or probably I have been increasing my sugar intake gradually over a much longer period of time, and I feel the impacts now.

I know this won’t be forever, but for me to break the cycle, to retrain my body back out of the cravings, I know the fastest way is to do a complete break.

Once I feel the benefits acutely as well, I know that will help motivate me not to let too much sugar too often creep back into my daily routine.

Want to join me? Hop on to my stories for the WhatsApp link or send me a message. It’s totally free - I need you as much as you need me!

For everyone who missed my stories over the Easter weekend…

People often ask what to pack for retreats… and I do have a list but let’s just say - layers and something for every eventuality!

Hej på dig!

I figured it was time for a new intro post to 👋 this is me… After 16 years of corporate life then motherhood in London, I moved out to Sweden 6 years ago and now call this remote place my home.

It’s been pivotal in my own health and wellness journey, and I love to share it with you here on my feed if you can’t get out to one of my retreats in person.

14 years ago I made the decision to retrain as a nutritional therapist and do something more meaningful with my work life. Since then I’ve added many more strings to my bow in the fields of coaching, behaviour change and more in an attempt to deepen my own understanding of myself and the world we live in, and bring that wisdom to others.

As an Aquarius rising I often challenge the status quo and like to do things differently. Some find my energy calming, others more confronting, but ultimately I approach life and all those I meet with curiosity and compassion and love learning from and with my clients as much as teaching them.

So here’s a quick glimpse at my life as a single mother of two living in the middle of nowhere Sweden, craving connection as well as silence in equal measures. Life is one heck of a ride 😉

1. An ice bath to catch your attention
2. In my happy place - outside!
3. Whatever the weather 😂
4. I’m a health coach and clinical nutritionist and mainly work online 1:1 coaching
5. I also run Unplug to Recharge retreats here
6. And give talks and workshops for corporate companies & organisations
7. I’m a mum to two boys that love an adventure too
8. And a dog mum to this fluff ball who gets way too much airtime here (but the algorithm loves him!)
9. Lucy is my best friend and right-hand woman when it comes to life and running retreats - we take this very seriously as you can see! I couldn’t manage without a daily laugh with her even if it’s at my expense!
10. Me. In the forest again. I love being in nature, even if it’s cold!

Who are you? Please comment below and ask me anything - I mean ANYTHING! ❤️

My Story

Are you tired all the time? Suffering from poor digestion or bloating? Don’t feel quite 100%? Are your hormones are in havoc? Struggling to lose that extra weight?

I'm a Nutritional Therapist based in South West London (Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Morden) offering one to one consultations, workshops and courses. And I’m passionate about both good food and health, which I am confident I can prove to you go hand in hand!

As a Mum of two young boys, I know how difficult it is to juggle our daily lives and still make good food choices, but changing my own diet and studying nutrition science was the best decision I ever made and one that that I’d love to share with you too!
