Corporate workshops, webinars and employee support I cut through the sensational headlines and overwhelming marketing by listening to my clients situations and needs to offer them practical dietary and lifestyle solutions to boost their energy levels and empower them to be the best possible versions of themselves and enable their whole families to thrive. I’ve always loved cooking and eating, but nutrition became an interest of mine in my early 20’s after I discovered the full impact it had on my health and energy as I embarked on a fast-paced city career. Fast forward a decade, and my interest was transformed into a true passion by the responsibility of bringing into this world and raising my two boys. This gave me the opportunity and courage to step away from what I was doing and turn my passion into a new career that could help others to also experience the power of food. What should we focus on to be healthy?

I used to think diet would fix it all. Changing my diet in my late 20’s made such a powerful change to how I felt - my energy, my focus, my mood, the way my body looked and felt. I thought I’d cracked the code, the panacea of good health. And indeed it served me well for many years and was the catalyst for me retraining and working in this industry.

But what I’ve learned since is exactly that - it was the catalyst, it was my starting point, but it was only the first step.

I tried to cling to good nutrition many times over the years that followed and yet I could never regain that same sense of clarity, energy and mood, no matter how much I micromanaged my diet. I clung to my beliefs, but I couldn’t “fix” myself. I was forced deeper, forced to look at what else it was in my life that was keeping me stuck, feeling unwell, disconnected, unalive.

If you’re also feeling like you’ve lost yourself, your spark, your energy and vitality. If your body is complaining despite your grueling food and exercise regime. It’s time to turn inwards and look at what else it is that’s holding you back, keeping you stuck. It’s time to face the big stuff, the behaviours, the beliefs, the elephants in the room.

The good news? I’ll hold your hand the whole way. I’ll be your biggest champion. My super-power is seeing the good in your soul, it’s believing in the possibility, and it’s in guiding you through the challenges to find your peace again.

Just a little bit of foraging and cooking fun. Food should be a joy, a way to connect with nature and nourish our bodies, minds and souls - is it that for you? Jep's Place

It’s still super hot here in Sweden despite me posting pictures of snow 😂

Is this the perfect breakfast? Frozen banana berry yoghurt with all the goodness thrown in:
Bananas, black currants, raspberries, almond butter, help seeds, chia seeds, lion’s mane, barley powder, walnuts, dates, mint. I’m definitely 🌈

So thankful for my newly fixed Vitamix - there was an incident with me not paying attention shall we say… anyway, I love that it’s such great quality you can get replacement parts and keep it all alive to reduce waste too. And I will henceforth pay more attention to where I leave the lid 😬

Is it hot where you are? It’s a beautiful 27 degrees here in Sweden and Bailey and I are lounging in the garden… but not before we had a dip! For me thinking - how many of my followers here also love a wild swim?

Getting into water has so many benefits. The cold stress in winter has so many health benefits and now too. Plus, just like the Earth, it transfers us negative ions to work as a giant antioxidant boost neutralizing positive ions that have accumulated in our bodies from electronics, toxins and detoxifying processes in the body that can’t easily escape in a world where we are isolated from the ground. Cool eh? 😉

Our relationships with food are rarely as simple as fueling our bodies. They carry emotional attachment that’s deeply embedded in our bodies.

Being separated from my kids while they spend time with their dad never seems to get any easier. How I deal with it, however, does.

Yesterday, they left for three weeks. This time last year all I wanted was wine, crisps, ice cream and to binge watch something pointless. To numb the pain. To distract. An ingrained belief I needed to punish myself for the decision I’d taken? The addict archetype trying to keep me safe? Except it didn’t. I didn’t process my feelings, I made my body feel even more awful and my productivity in “me” time plummeted which guess what? Also made me feel worse.

So I made a plan. Discipline got me started and habit carries me through.
1. A walk in nature.
2. Good nutritious food.
3. Bedtime on time.

I still wanted an element of comfort so I made this sort of pimped cauliflower cheese packed with organic vegetables from my local organic farm and good quality meat sausages. I still technically ate more than I needed but it was a dose of comfort that also fueled my body and my mind.

I’ve worked a full calendar today in a body that feels good. So whilst I still miss my boys like someone stole an arm, I can focus more on the positives and feel good about myself. Because the decision I made was the right one and the consequences are just how they are right now, far less that they would be if I hadn’t made this choice.

And it feels so good to show up for myself and my clients.

My commitment to understanding and supporting the deeper emotional relationships we experience deepens all the time. I’ll be doing additional professional training from September to be able to support my clients right through to the more extreme ends of emotional eating and I cannot wait to get started!

Root & Rise is a quarterly (one per season) online gathering for women who are ready to come home to themselves - through the body, through presence, and through gentle yet powerful transformation.

Each 90-minute session is a sacred space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, share in community, and explore seasonal themes that nourish the body, heart, and soul within the sacred tradition of sisterhood.

Lead by me, the circle blends guided meditation, embodied practices, and meaningful conversation. It’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and rise into the next season of your life - feeling rooted in who you truly are.

Whether you’re brand new to circle work or already on a path of self-discovery, you are warmly welcome.

New moon in Cancer today, right after the summer solstice at the weekend. The mid-point to the year and an invitation to take a pause, a rest, a return to you under cancer’s healing energies. To quietly celebrate all you’ve achieved since the beginning of the year and reassess the goals for the second half of the year in order to use the energy of summer to launch into them.

I’ll hold my monthly women’s circle tomorrow evening, starting with a meditation to call everyone back to themselves. From there we can set some beautiful and aligned intentions.

I love to be here in this beautiful spot near my family home. I love to come here physically, and I love to take myself here in meditation too, especially in the summer when the sun is bright, the sky is blue, the land is green and the grass is tall and soft like a beautiful comfy blanket to rest upon. From this safe and calm space my mind can be centered and connected, so I can feel my way through decisions and choices and hear the callings of my soul.

I’m opening up my online women’s circle a bit wider next month - would you like to join us? It’ll be a summer energy theme to link in with the seasons. You can grab your spot by signing up on my website - link is in the comments below. I’d be honoured to have you join.

Happy Summer Solstice friends!

The mid-point to the year is a great time to take a pause, a reevaluate of what your goals are for the year, to celebrate those achieved and decide whether those still unmet are still right for you or whether it's time to let them go and make space for new ones instead.

I just popped a blog post up on "Manifesting" which I hope you'll like. One of my goals is running retreats to share this beautiful place I call home with you, along with so many of the things that I have learnt here. I have already sold one of the eight spaces within two days of launching, and am waiting for the deposits to land from two more participants, so I feel like this manifesting I've opened up to practicing is working out ok... ;)

Do please leave me a comment here or there with your thoughts and questions...

Oh and if you want to come on the retreat... Early-bird offer ends at the end of next month and more importantly, I only have 5 spaces left!

I love this topic but I have been skirting around it for a long time. It’s so controversial, and as a play-it-safe people-pleaser I wasn’t about to stick my head above the parapet and risk an outlash. I’ve struggled with such a lack of confidence around articulating my views and how I really b...

I know how easy it is to ignore those intuitive nudges. It’s not the right time, life is too busy, it would rock the boat waaaay too much… I know because I have been there.

But they won’t go away. If you don’t listen, they will lower their vibration. You’ll start to feel them more strongly, they will start to become symptoms in your body. Keep ignoring them and they will turn into full scale disease.

Archetypal Alchemy and “What your body wants you to know” is a compassionate way to start listening to those initiative nudges or symptoms. It doesn’t ask for radical change overnight, but cultivates an awareness that allows for change in a gentle way.

I teach from a place of love, support and self acceptance that allows you to test the waters, find your feet, hold a steady hand.

There’s still time to join me on Saturday. It’s time.

My Story

Are you tired all the time? Suffering from poor digestion or bloating? Don’t feel quite 100%? Are your hormones are in havoc? Struggling to lose that extra weight?

I'm a Nutritional Therapist based in South West London (Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Morden) offering one to one consultations, workshops and courses. And I’m passionate about both good food and health, which I am confident I can prove to you go hand in hand!

As a Mum of two young boys, I know how difficult it is to juggle our daily lives and still make good food choices, but changing my own diet and studying nutrition science was the best decision I ever made and one that that I’d love to share with you too!
