I support good health through a whole-body-mind-spirit approach
1:1 personal sessions and programmes
Workshops, circles and retreats
Corporate workshops, webinars and employee support I cut through the sensational headlines and overwhelming marketing by listening to my clients situations and needs to offer them practical dietary and lifestyle solutions to boost their energy levels and empower them to be the best possible versions of themselves and enable their whole families to thrive. I’ve always loved cooking and eating, but nutrition became an interest of mine in my early 20’s after I discovered the full impact it had on my health and energy as I embarked on a fast-paced city career. Fast forward a decade, and my interest was transformed into a true passion by the responsibility of bringing into this world and raising my two boys. This gave me the opportunity and courage to step away from what I was doing and turn my passion into a new career that could help others to also experience the power of food. For more information about working with me, drop me a message or book a free discovery call to find out how I can help you get back in control of your health and truly thrive!

This recipe is published in the cookbook - head to my bio for a link to the book! And continues to be a firm favourite that’s perfect for the time of year. I actually just switched out the sweet potatoes for some seasonal squash which worked just as well 😋

If half term chaos has you running around - grab the ingredients and throw it in a slow cooker 👌🏼

What resonates most with you?
I’m actually having a pretty messy day myself today. So now that I’ve finished work (early - non-negotiable for a Friday!) I’m heading over to Borgvattnet (where the retreat will take place) to meet a friend and just be for a while. I know it will give me back some energy and clarity, it always does.

Have you ever stopped to think about purpose and how that can help you to literally feel and be healthier? Purpose doesn’t need to be a job, sometimes we do a job in order to be able to do our purpose too.

Research into the blue zones (areas where people literally live longer) showed that having a purpose is a strong contributing factor.

Yet modern lifestyles sometimes have us so caught up in the fires of the day to day that we don’t even stop to think about what fulfills us, what motivates us to do what we do, where we might actually be out of alignment with our purpose and how this could be affecting our health and wellbeing.

Sadly for Bailey, his purpose, herding, is not his day-to-day reality every day. He gets periods of it when he’s up at and when he’s not, I make sure to play games with him every day to ensure he gets stimulated in the right way (if you’re a herding dog owner I can highly recommend following for tips unrelated to my content!)

This keeps him happy and healthy, just the same way as working in alignment with my own purpose helps me to also keep happy and healthy.

If you want some help with exploring this further, do reach out for a session with me, or even better - book onto my retreat and spend a whole week dedicated to you. I don’t just cover what to eat, I always address the whole holistic picture. And sometimes that includes purpose.

This photo perfectly captures my thoughts this morning.

We need moments of complete stillness and reflection in order to begin to make the ripples of change we want to see.

When did you last take a moment of stillness and reflection?

Maybe you can do it now. Start with 5 minutes and a cup of tea. No work, no hustle, no social media, no distractions. Just you, sat quietly with yourself, curious to see what the stillness may show you.

I promised to share about the food on last weekend’s retreat with all prepared by the amazing

Not only was it delicious but also all natural with so much care taken over the quality of the ingredients and the beautiful presentation. Literally extra love poured in 💖

Ceri sets the bar very high for retreat food but I’m hoping I’ll be able to deliver to standard in my own way in January 🤞🏼

I can highly recommend her cook book if you are feeling inspired - It Starts with Veg - 100 Seasonal Suppers and Sides. Available at all good book stores like Amazon (let’s be realistic!)

Not my photos, they are Ceri’s, but this is a taster of what she cooked for us and it was absolutely delicious and all natural which makes my heart sing 😊

Imagine sitting down to a meal where every ingredient has been chosen with care - wild herbs foraged from the forest, vegetables grown with care and harvested by hand, food prepared slowly and with love.

Following on from my blog about food as an expression of how we care for ourselves, I want to share another about how I try to live this in practice - how I use food to care for myself, and how it becomes an act of love and connection when I cook for my family, friends, and the guests who join me on retreats and at events.

The link is in my bio, or pop me a note below and I’ll send it to you.

How do you feel about the food you eat?

Is it hot where you are? It’s a beautiful 27 degrees here in Sweden and Bailey and I are lounging in the garden… but not before we had a dip! For me thinking - how many of my followers here also love a wild swim?

Getting into water has so many benefits. The cold stress in winter has so many health benefits and now too. Plus, just like the Earth, it transfers us negative ions to work as a giant antioxidant boost neutralizing positive ions that have accumulated in our bodies from electronics, toxins and detoxifying processes in the body that can’t easily escape in a world where we are isolated from the ground. Cool eh? 😉

My Story

Are you tired all the time? Suffering from poor digestion or bloating? Don’t feel quite 100%? Are your hormones are in havoc? Struggling to lose that extra weight?

I'm a Nutritional Therapist based in South West London (Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Morden) offering one to one consultations, workshops and courses. And I’m passionate about both good food and health, which I am confident I can prove to you go hand in hand!

As a Mum of two young boys, I know how difficult it is to juggle our daily lives and still make good food choices, but changing my own diet and studying nutrition science was the best decision I ever made and one that that I’d love to share with you too!
