SoulMind Therapy I offer an unique mix of psychological therapies which can help clients with a different range of emotional issues

Having a great desire to help people through therapy, I have trained in several different approaches. Life and work experiences have taught me to see people as individuals, each having different needs and experiences. I offer therapy in a safe environment, facilitating natural ways of using your own inner resources, to reorganise your thoughts and behaviours to bring about beneficial change. I use

hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotional freedom technique (EFT) and relaxation techniques. Using a combination of these techniques has been shown by the clients to achieve faster and lasting results.

I am looking for a well read newspaper/ magasine which would like to publish an (my) article on undestanding and managing anxiety with the aim to share what I know from 10 ys of practicing as a therapist and 8 years of study, with as many people as possible, especially the ones who do not afford therapy and need a life line.
Please do let me know if you know of anyone who might be interested in publishing?

You are incredibly courageous when you make the decision to heal from your suffering.

Healing is not linear.

Healing does not happen overnight.
Healing takes patience, lots of bravery, and the willingness to look at everything that has caused the pain and little by little begin to let it flow through your body.

This is not at all easy my loves, but what a worthwhile journey this is.

You will come out the other side stronger, wiser, and free from the tyranny of another person's trauma inflicted upon you.

You take your life back.
This is the hardest thing you will ever do so love, honor, and accept yourself completely and be kind to yourself.

Healing is a brave accomplishment. 💕

We’re often so hard on ourselves, by having unrealistic expectations, impossible timelines, and perfectionistic tendencies.

So we have a difficult time acknowledging all the incredible, magical progress we make daily, in the simplest, most meaningful ways.

Tuck yourself into bed tonight and before falling asleep, reflect on all the beautiful ways you have made your life and the lives of your family, friends, and the strangers you meet along the way, more joyful and rewarding.

Remember this has been a challenging time for everyone, in varying degrees, so Be proud of yourself for being here today.💚
