Sophie has been practicing yoga for five years and teaches the whole self not just the body. Yoga is a mental, physical and spiritual practice that is deeply transformative...and fun! Sophie brings a 360 approach to yoga, her intention is to gift her students with a moment of sweet presence in the now that they can take off the mat and into their day. Breath work and meditation are an important component of classes as well as movement to stretch and strengthen the body and thought provoking wisdom to nourish the mind. All of this plus music to feed your soul, and activism mean that you leave class feeling replenished, relaxed and empowered to embrace your day and week. Sophie is a Yoga Alliance 250hr accredited teacher trained in Ta***ic Vinyasa. She offers a varied program of yoga that includes yin and restorative practice as well as flow.

TAROT

Sophie has had an interest in the esoteric since childhood. She attended a lecture with her mother when she was seven years old on Jung and fairytales and the rest is history. She has read and loved tarot for 25 years. Her previous incarnation as a psychotherapist lead her further into how we make meaning through symbolism. Tarot is a deep dive into our subconscious. Her approach is from an emotional wellness point of view: she uses the symbolism of the cards to enable her clients to access the knowledge and wisdom they have inside them that may be struggling to come to the surface. Her readings are kind, compassionate and often fun.
