I had spent most of my adult life "yo-yo" dieting and every time my size increased so my self esteem plummeted. When the weight piled on I would struggle to wear the fashionable clothes that I loved and therefore always felt like the fat frump in the room. I made excuses as to why I couldn't attend events and hid myself away - holding back from making some much needed life changes due to not having the confidence to make them. After having my daughter I was the heaviest I'd ever been and felt physically and emotionally at my lowest. With the help of Cambridge weight plan and dedicated support one to one support I lost 5 dress sizes but most importantly have successfully kept them off for more than 3 years. How I work:
I work in a straight forward and practical way, taking into account lifestyle and any past barriers to success. I have had specialist training to further develop how I work with clients and therefore see the best possible results. I do not charge for my time and meet with clients weekly to ensure they feel supported and encouraged whilst addressing any issues that may have arisen over the week. I understand the stresses of day to day life and the juggling act that we are all on and factor this in. I am very proactive and send out daily emails to inspire and keep clients focused on their targets as well as having private support groups. I tailor make individual maintenance plans and support clients long term through weight management which I am passionate about. I have helped hundreds of clients to reach their goal weight and stay there and I would love to help you. Based in Wimbledon and South Wimbledon but all surrounding areas including Mitcham, Morden, Wimbledon Chase, New Malden, Tooting, Southfields, Wandsworth, Battersea, Putney and many more are covered by me or my team;

🌟 **10 Tips to Stick to Your Diet: Insights from a Diet Coach** 🌟

Recently, I was asked for my top ten tips to help you stick to your diet. While I’ve compiled a handy list, remember that each individual’s journey is unique. What works for one may not resonate with another, so I’d love to hear which tips have made a difference for you—whether they’re on this list or not!

1. **Master the Basics**: Before altering your eating habits, equip yourself with essential skills. This includes daily self-motivation, developing good eating habits, managing hunger and cravings, and learning how to get back on track after a slip-up.

2. **Daily Motivation**: Start each day by reading a comprehensive list of reasons why you want to lose weight. Keep this list handy to revisit during moments of temptation. Ask me for a template.

3. **Mindful Eating**: Always eat while seated, taking the time to savour each bite. This practice makes it significantly harder to indulge mindlessly or overeat.

4. **Stay Accountable**: Share your eating habits with me daily—be it through text, email, or voice message. Moreover, hold yourself accountable by sticking to your appointment or sending me your scale pictures.

5. **Embrace Moderation**: You are eating entirely appropriately for your fat loss goal. Plan is nutritionally complete and your body has everything it needs for safe weight loss. Stick to your step and then brush your teeth and head to bed.

6. **Shift Your Mindset**: Understand that you can indulge in whatever you want or you can choose to be healthier; you cannot have both.

7. **Redefine Hunger**: Challenge the notion that hunger is an emergency. Fast occasionally to realise that the discomfort is temporary and manageable.

8. **Differentiate Between Hunger and Craving**: Recognise hunger as the physical sensation in your stomach and cravings as the desire that manifests in your mouth or throat.
