Today I treated someone who recently received their 3rd cancer diagnosis in 5 years.
Today I treated someone whose heart was full of gratitude and love.
Today I treated someone who was completely at peace.
Today I treated someone who had tears of joy in their eyes at the end of their treatment.
Today I have learnt a lot by being present in silence with this wonderful human being. 🤍

Beautiful birch trees...did you know that they symbolise adaptability, remind us to take risks and try new things? They are also associated with healing and good luck and most importantly they attract so much wildlife. I have one in the garden in London and lying underneath it listening to birds is always so calming and grounding! 🌳
