You can drink all the water in the world 💧 but if your skin barrier isn’t happy, that hydration will just evaporate!

So what should you do?

Focus on all layers on the skin by using products that contain humectants (like hyaluronic acid, glycerin), emollients (like ceremides, squalane, cholesterol), and if your skin barrier is really shot to pieces layer with an occlusive (like good old vaseline).
