When the winter weather sets in I can really suffer with tired, cold legs and feet which inevitably ends in painful cramping when the chill takes hold.

To combat cramps and bring some much needed warmth, I turn to Essential Oils. This post lists three of my favourite oils for relieving cramps and boosting circulation to revive and bring comfort.

Either dilute into an unscented carrier oil or cream and use as a massage lotion directly onto the affected areas, add to a warm bath, or use in a diffuser to benefit from their wonderfully uplifting aromas.

Aromatherapy Massage or Reflexology can also be really beneficial for preventing leg cramps and easing the uncomfortable achey feelings following cramping - get in touch to see how I can help you as we get into the winter months.
