New Year New Me
Nah just kidding, same me here.
I know that January is all about setting new goals, fresh starts and caffeine fueled ambition. But instead of a gym membership for 12 months that you only use for the first 3 months (ask my wife), why don't you focus on small manageable changes that have a big long term impact on your body and your wellbeing.
Here's a bit of a throw back to last year when I spent a great deal of time out on my bike. Riding from A to B is the perfect switch from a heated car ride, something that's practical but has a long term impact.
Here's one example of a million that you could start today, and actually sustain.
So I want to know, what are you looking to achieve in 2023? And what are you willing to change to make it happen?
