Here’s what it’s all about!

I’m going to share a bit more about how each component will help you prepare for birth in the coming days but if you already have all the info you need, comment PREP or head to link in bio to sign up!

Save this, send your partner or a pregnant friend!

Information and preparation are not the same thing.

Preparation is daily. Embodied. Practised.

That’s what gets you to birth feeling ready instead of scrolling the notes app on your phone in between contractions, hoping someone will tell you the right thing to do.

Thats what The Birth Prep Collective has been created for.

It’s not a course you binge once, but a 3 month practice you return to weekly, with me alongside you the whole way.

Ongoing support so the knowledge is actually within your body, not just your notes app 😉

Doors open Monday, comment BIRTH to be first to hear all the details.

Most of us are led to believe that birth is something that happens to us.

You turn up. You let the experts handle it. And if it doesn’t go to plan, well “all that matters is a healthy baby” 🙄

I bought that story with my first and left that birth with my baby in my arms but not really feeling I’d actually been a part of it!

My second was different, not because I got lucky but because I’d given myself the best possible chance of having a different experience, of really feeling a part of it.

Daily reminders of movement, breath, real knowledge of my body and my rights, and honest conversations with my partner and myself.

I walked in (or should I say crawled 😜) feeling instinctive, involved and prepared.

That’s the practice I’m now building for six women starting in June. And I’ll be sharing all the details next week.

Save this if you’re pregnant or hope to be soon!

Details coming next week but the women who comment BIRTH will be the first to hear and spaces are limited! 💖

As a busy Mum, your time is precious and that’s why your yoga practice needs to leave you feeling refreshed not rushed.

Yoga for Mothers hits that sweet spot 🤌 …enough movement that you get those endorphins going but a slower pace where it’s needed in more challenging or under-explained postures.

Come and see for yourself:

📅 Tuesdays, 7:45pm
📍 Allendale Centre, Wimborne

Comment YOGA for all the details and to book your spot.

I almost forgot about this story…

Last week a pregnant woman told me she had to stop going to her usual class.

Not because she wanted to but because the movements just weren’t working for her pregnant body anymore.

And it took me right back.

Seven years ago I turned up to my usual yoga class only to be told I couldn’t take part because I was pregnant (cue pregnancy emotions coming in strong 😭)

I completely understood why but it was still so frustrating.

When your body is changing every day, movement is so important.

And that’s exactly why pregnancy yoga matters.

Not making do with classes that weren’t designed for you.

But being in a room where every movement is made for your pregnant body 🤰🏻

Where you can breathe, move and share what pregnancy is really like.

And leave feeling calmer than you have all week.

So if you’re pregnant and local to Wimborne, you’re very welcome here 💛

We meet every Wednesday evening, 7:45pm at

Come and move, breathe and relax with other mums to be.

Book your space at the link in bio.

About six years ago in lockdown I started to feel the need to do something different from the job I was doing.

I was working in my family business which I loved and had worked hard to help grow, but since having my girls something had changed and I felt I wanted to make more of a difference in the world.

I looked at loads of different options, but the one that kept coming back to me was something to do with pregnancy and birth.

Eventually, I plucked up the courage to train with on their pregnancy yoga course.

Thinking I could easily complete the training when my eldest was back at school I happily applied.

But silly me, this was the era of lockdowns and I found myself reading and watching training video videos while trying to homeschool and occupy my toddler 🤦🏻‍♀️

It was fairly stressful! 😮‍💨

The next step felt even scarier, actually putting myself out in the world…no joke I thought I was going to be sick when I published my post on Facebook 🤣

But fast forward to today and I’m really glad I did.

I have worked with hundreds of local mums and their children through the most transitional, precious times of their lives and teaching you and creating our community has really lit me up over the last five years.

Thank you for your support, please come and celebrate with me on Weds 25th March at in Canford Heath.

You can expect:

☕️ Coffee and cake
💬 Honest conversations with like minded mums
👶🏼 Preschoolers softplay and baby sensory area
🫶 Most importantly fill me in on how you and your little ones are doing!

Limited tickets available, comment CELEBRATE for the link…I’d love to see you there.

Let’s face it…

There are some things around pregnancy that have become so commonplace they’re barely questioned anymore.

And they need to disappear in 2026.

🔺 Being rushed into decisions you don’t fully understand.

🔺 Being spoken about instead of spoken to.

🔺 Being expected to comply quickly, stay pleasant, and trust that “they know best.”

🔺 Being handed information without space to actually think with it.

None of that should be inevitable.

But it is normalised.

What actually matters going forward?

💚 Clear, honest information: not watered down, not fear-led.

💚 Continuity of care: so you’re not constantly reintroducing yourself and your values.

💚 Time: to pause, question, digest, decide.
Support that stands with you, not over you.

This isn’t about doing birth a certain way.

It’s about being properly supported to make decisions you can live with, whatever direction your birth takes.

If you’re expecting a baby in 2026 and want steady, informed, deeply human support my doula support is open.

We can do better than “this is just how it’s done.”

Pregnancy isn’t overwhelming because you’re “too emotional” or “not coping.”

You’re overwhelmed because you’re under-supported.

Nobody ever showed you how to actually pause instead of powering through like nothing’s changed.

Your body is doing so much.

But most women are still expected to keep the same pace…

same workload…
same mental load…
same everything.

Of course you’re exhausted.

Of course your system feels stretched.

Of course the smallest thing suddenly feels massive.

Rituals shift that 💫

The right ritual slows you all the way down.

It gives you a moment that’s actually for you.

Inside The Pregnancy Pause, you get gentle, intentional practices to keep you calm and grounded (the part most antenatal classes skip right over.)

If you want free access to the closed Telegram group,
comment PAUSE and I’ll DM it to you or head to the link in bio.
