What is it?
Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. The state of Yoga Nidra is the borderline between sleep and waking (a state of pratyahara, which is the withdrawal of senses). Pratyahara is one of the eight limbs of yoga.

Meditation gives us the opportunity to have an open,compassionate attentiveness to whatever is going on. The meditative space like the big sky-spacious,vast enough to accommodate anything that arises .
