Starting something new is never easy. Every first Wednesday of the month, I still get a little nervous—what if no one shows up? What if I’m just sitting there alone with my coffee?

But Local Links has already had two amazing meetups, and both have reminded me that connection really is everything. This isn’t your average networking group—it’s a safe, welcoming space for real conversations, belly laughs, and a bit of business growth too.

Building something meaningful takes trust—trust in your ideas, trust in your gut, and trust that the right people will find you. I’m leaning into that with joyful curiosity, and I’m so excited to see where this journey leads.

I’ve got a few ideas brewing to make the “growth” part of our meets even more powerful—because I want everyone to leave feeling lighter, more inspired, and a little more connected.

Way out of my comfort zone here—but wow, this was incredible!

Alongside being a photographer, I’m also quickly becoming a professional dance mum!

My daughter, absolutely lives for dance and movement, and I’ve found myself completely in awe of the strength, grace, and beauty of the human body. Being able to capture this is one of the many reasons I love photography so much—it’s about freezing those fleeting moments of passion and expression. I’ll definitely be doing more of these sessions in the future!

Social media works best when you show up regularly and with a clear, steady message. But that doesn’t mean you have to post every single day! Choose a schedule that works for you and stick to it. Whether that’s twice a week or five times a week, consistency is what matters most.

Here’s why:
