We will be working in a nurturing and supportive environment exploring:

✨Simple tools to start a regular meditation practice including clearing and grounding your energy through smudging

✨Tools to begin movement practice to connect more in your body

✨Using the simplicity of the voice to clear and energise the chakras

✨Creative journaling and learning how to work with the Power Stone cards for tapping into your Higher Self and your soul path work

✨Learning how to dowse

✨Experiencing a ‘shamanic’ drum journey for deepening personal enquiry & soul guidance

At last..😬✨😻

Whoohoooo!! Here is my first batch of 5” x 7” greeting card designs. These ones feature my canvas art with some mindful inspiration on front, a blank inside all printed on FSC accredited card with eco envelope and bag to recycle ♻️ (at supermarket) or not if you prefer and/or happy with them all being in just one bag.

Thanks to all for their input and especially to Darron for his support and continuing commitment to making my endeavours :) a reality.

Have them priced individually at £3 each or 4 for £10 when on a stall/in person but I will pick up the p&p for anyone wishing to order all x 8 card designs for £20 in UK only until end of Feb. 2025.

Looking forward to being a part of this exciting day celebrating@leananda_yoga studios 3rd birthday 🎂 on 5.10.24

I will be offering a ‘taster’ w/s at 3.15 in the main studio tailoring the movement & dance practice back to it’s yogic roots for those wanting to learn how to limber up & keep those joints well oiled through the winter months in a fun and joy filled way.🕺😊💃❤️🤩
