✨ Sunday Soother Sound Bath ✨

Join Vikki on Sunday 7th September for a soothing Sunday morning sound bath here at The Studio.

With just 10 spaces it will be a small, supportive group experience where you can truly settle in and be held by sound.

Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes and grounding low-frequency instruments, you’ll be guided into a restful, lower brainwave state where the body can release tension , regulate the nervous system, and gently recalibrate, no effort needed.
