Huge congratulations to Rick and Huw, our Saturday Group Men of the Year 2026 — a well-deserved achievement and we’re incredibly proud of you both! 👏

Shoutout as well to Tom, Tony, and Rupert for being nominated — a brilliant group of men who make our Saturday sessions such a great place to be.

We also enjoyed some amazing taster food to celebrate together, which made the morning even more special!

Congratulations to Luke, who was crowned our Man of the Year tonight!

Luke has lost an incredible 5 stone — and even more impressively, he has maintained that loss for over a year!

Luke is always there and always takes a seat. He is also really supportive of everyone at group - including me!
What a star and such an inspiration to us all.

Congratulations to all the nominees — Bob, Tim, and James — you are all amazing!

We celebrated with a delicious taster session of Scotch eggs, chicken and bacon salad, coleslaw, and so much more including carrot cake! It was a banquet fit for a king, while also being low-SWIP and Free food - demonstrating perfectly just how well we can eat and still lose weight successfully.

Thank you to everyone for bringing such delicious food!

We ran out of SW wraps from Iceland and my husband brought these wholemeal wraps.
I wouldn’t choose and did not plan to use 8 SWIPs on a wholemeal wrap!
