Ist foal of the season born early this morning with storm Dave on the way so meet Baby Dave lol!!! Strapping smart c**t out of Nana by The Scoundrel with a black star as you can see!!!!! Its Nanas first foal and shes doing a wonderful job with him only a few hours old here so will post more pics when hes unscrunched a bit hes such a friendly chap and a very straight forward birth thank God!! x

Moortown Highwayman big smart yearling c**t out of SD Fabulous by The Scoundrel. Wally was born 13th April 25 so not 11 months old yet and measuring just over 14hh at the moment likely to make 15.3hh. Lovely minimally marked lad with stacks of bone and a lovely free mover who loves people!! Would make a potential trad or show cob big and gangly at the moment but is going to grow into a lovely cob! Homozygous and pssm negative if anyones looking for a c**t with fabulous bloodlines before I get him cut when it eventually stops raining and the mud dries up.........please God!!!!😌😌

Just wanted to thank everyone so much for the lovely comments they made for Moortown Studs Chaps Breeder of the Year Award nomination they were so lovely to read!! I was really proud to be amongst the finalists and huge congratulations to Lisha for Kellythorpes Stud being crowned the winner very well deserved!!

Huge Congratulations to Abi O'Toole and her lovely mare Moortown Star Attraction by The Scoundrel who went to the SCWPCA Show yesterday. She won her first ever Ridden Class ridden by Heather Comley! Then won the Inhand WPB 4yrs and over shown by Rick Burge went overall WPB Champion then Supreme of the Show!!!! Good girl Pearly!!! Welldone all!!

Hoys 25 what a day!!!!
Susie and Tatty (Moortown Fancy That) had a wonderful day at Hoys yesterday coming 2nd in the incredibly strong NCT Pony class and being the only mare placed in the class!!!! She looked and went beautifully and it was wonderful to watch them floating round the main arena in the Championship it brought back so many memories of watching her lovely Mum Frilly doing the same thing and thanks to Susie we were able to watch from the best seats in the house in the amazing hospitality area!!!
Huge thanks go to Elizabeth and her Mum Jillian for all their hard work at silly o'clock getting Tatty so sparkling she really looked a picture thanks Equioils!!!!
Huge congratulations to everyone that got there it was great to see you all and especially to Merlin winning again and taking the Res Champion spot!!
Welldone Susie and Tatty you did Moortown Stud proud!!!! xx

Well its finally here! Hoys week eek!!
Susie and Tatty have had a fabulous season and I cant wait to see them floating round the arena at the weekend!
Its an amazing achievement and takes a huge amount of blood sweat and tears just to get there but win or lose we'll all be taking the best one home!!
All the best to everyone competing and we'll see you all on Sunday Good Luck!!!!! xx
