Would you like to have the ability to stay calm and strong in situations of uncertainty and provocation?
When things go wrong without warning, it is hard to control feelings of upset, disappointment and often anger. However, by training in meditation it is possible to develop the skills to remain calm and undisturbed regardless of what life throws at you.
In this workshop, Gen Lekma will explain and guide meditation methods that will give you confidence and inner stability. Learning how to recover quickly from what life throws at you and youโll discover tools to help avoid painful reactions. Also, youโll see how to train in ways to remain peaceful and balanced when things donโt work out as you want.
