If I have chronic illness, how do I improve my health with HBOT and are the steps different than an already healthy person?

In most cases, the steps are very similar (if not almost identical).

Now, the steps for chronic illness might be LARGER steps, more frequent, longer, or more intense in terms of the actual therapies themselves.

But, at the end of the day, they would be very similar steps.

Really what a lot of this comes down to is reducing inflammation and improving mitochondrial function.

I was delighted to welcome Yeovil Town FC at the clinic yesterday. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is widely used in many areas of sports recovery, repair and resilience. Jake loved his session and we hope to support him and other players during this important season.
