Each month, our dedicated team painstakingly note down every brew they make.

Why? Because this is one of many ways to gauge our impact within the community. This month is an average of 13 a day!

Some pop in for a quick hello, others spend a morning nattering, while others need a safe space to reside during the day when feeling vulnerable.

Everyone has a different reason, and everyone has their own story. Some share; some don't.

Are you supporting veterans or Armed Forces families and want to better understand how to guide them through key benefit processes?

On Wednesday 29th April, a series of free online sessions led by the Department for Work and Pensions - DWP will take a deeper look at practical ways to support veterans through PIP changes and tailored services for female veterans.

These sessions are designed specifically for organisations working with the Armed Forces community, helping you build knowledge, confidence and impact in your support.

BEACON ALERT: MISSING VETERAN

Gary Richardson, 59, from Portland, Dorset is missing with serious concerns for his welfare. He was last seen in the area of Park Estate Road at around 1.30pm on Thursday 23 April 2026.

It is believed he left the area on his bike.

Gary is described as around five feet ten inches tall and of stocky build, with short grey hair and tattoos on his arms.

He was last seen wearing a black vest, black shorts, black Skechers boots, a cycling helmet and a chain around his neck.

If you see Gary, please make it known to Dorset Police by calling 999, quoting occurrence number 55260058364.

Quick announcement ahead of Saturday.
As you're all aware, prices everywhere are increasing and unfortunately we're feeling that impact.

As of Saturday 11th April, Brews and Baps will now be £5.50.
We appreciate everyone who joins us and hope you understand our need to increase. In recent weeks, we have operated at a loss on a Saturday, and that isn't sustainable.

The good news is, it's still unlimited brews, and the quality of the baps remains second to none!
