Good morning folks, 2026 is here!! I hope you have had a good festive break and are refreshed and reset for the year ahead.

I have some availability in January, see below. The perfect time to get booked in if you have a voucher to use or just need some relaxation/balancing.

My story

Hello and welcome to my page. Relax & Heel Therapies offer clinical reflexology and other complementary therapies in the beautiful town of Linlithgow. My overall aim is to support your health and well being. A holistic approach is taken which means all lifestyle factors are considered to enable me to tailor the treatment to your specific needs. I am qualified with distinction from The Complementary Therapy School with a Diploma in Complementary Therapies which comprises Clinical Reflexology and Swedish Massage, the highest qualification available in the UK. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologist (MAR) which ensures I have been trained to a professional standard and adhere to strict codes of practice. My studies are ongoing and I am currently working towards a BSc in Integrative Healthcare. I am also a Reiki practitioner and trained in Indian Head Massage. ​ Treatments are given in a comfortable and relaxed environment with a full, confidential consultation carried out before the first treatment. I am happy to do home visits in the surrounding areas of Winchburgh, Kirkliston, Bo'ness, Rosyth etc. ​Jo-Anne Jamieson, MAR
