Good morning November! 🍂❄️

🎃And goodbye to October. Thank you to all my clients for your support and for choosing Jamieson Reflexology, I am very grateful and always look forward to seeing you at your appointments 🙏.

Last month treatments were mainly clinical reflexology but also some supporting therapies including lovely Reiki, MLD and some gentle massage.

Conditions seen included lipedema, lymphoedema, stroke recovery, general wellbeing, relaxation, tension, back pain/sciatica, arthritis, fibromyalgia, menopause, grief, chest congestion/breathing, blocked ears, cancer care.

HOT STONE REFLEXOLOGY!!
Now that the cooler weather is definitely here, this super relaxing treatment involves incorporating the use of heated, smooth stones to massage the lower legs and reflex points on the feet. Benefits include deeper relaxation, with heat penetrating deeper into the muscle and tissue. A sense of calm and reduced stress. A perfect treatment for the colder months ahead. October is Menopause Awareness Month and today is World Menopause Day. It aims to break taboo and improve women's health and wellbeing.

Menopause can feel confusing and frustrating. Understanding what's going on in the body helps us to accept that it's not the end, we are not broken. Instead, small lifestyle changes to support the body and mind with what's going on can help us to get back on track. For example, small tweaks to our diet, exercise and relaxation routines can make all the difference. A time to pause, reframe and embrace the new stronger, healthier you 💖

Where did September go!!

🍂 At the beginning of September I saw new and returning clients. Conditions seen were lymphatic drainage, stress, relaxation, menopause, arthritis, cancer care, asthma,/breathing, muscle tension, back pain.

The last two weeks of the month were spent away from treatments to focus on some new learning 🧑‍🎓 (more information coming soon! ), cosying up the cabin for the Autumn 🍂 and taking some time out for fun, relaxation and selfcare 💕🌿.

👣Thanks to those who booked up during the World Reflexology Week offer, looking forward to seeing you soon.
