Happy back to work day for me!! 😊

🍂The cabin has had a wee Autumn makeover whilst I was away, it's a beautiful relaxing, calm and cosy space for you to unwind and enjoy some you time 💕

Today's treatments include massage, facial reflexology, reiki and MLD.

Where did September go!!

🍂 At the beginning of September I saw new and returning clients. Conditions seen were lymphatic drainage, stress, relaxation, menopause, arthritis, cancer care, asthma,/breathing, muscle tension, back pain.

The last two weeks of the month were spent away from treatments to focus on some new learning 🧑‍🎓 (more information coming soon! ), cosying up the cabin for the Autumn 🍂 and taking some time out for fun, relaxation and selfcare 💕🌿.

It's been a good month, it started off quiet giving me spare time here and there to watch tennis and get out and about in the sunshine 🌞. I've also had a bit of time to work on a few things behind the scenes, more news on this coming in September.

The rest of the month has been busy with many of you booking in for last minute summertime relaxation 😌. Reflexology supporting menopause is one of my most popular treatments.
