Fair funding matters.

The 10 Year Plan doesn’t say if general practice will see any new money – or if deprived areas will keep being left behind.

We are proud of our commitment to excellent patient care. We value our whole surgery team spirit and enjoy teambuilding events, training days and a positive atmosphere. We have a health and wellbeing team and even a gardening club.

We wanted to say we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused over the last two days while our phone systems were down due to factors out of our control. We understand this was very frustrating for our patients & we apologise!

24/07/2025

The phone lines are now back up and running. We have had to introduce a new phone system to get this working so please bare with us whilst we implement this change within the surgery.

We appreciate your cooperation and support whilst this incident was ongoing.

24/07/2025

Our phonelines are still currently down, we have a divert in place to a practice mobile but please be mindful this only allows one call at a time.
Anima is open for all medical and admin requests, however the system will close for medical requests once we reach our safe capacity.
We are working hard with our phone provider to get this fixed as soon as possible, we appreciate everyone's support whilst we work through this. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
